Q: How do I place an order?

A: All orders are placed through our club portal on the Icon website here. Just follow the step-by-step instructions above to complete your checkout.

Q: What happens if I miss the deadline for order windows?

A: No worries - we’ll open a new order window the next day. We’re expecting to run 3 to 4 order windows this season, depending on demand.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Orders are processed in batches. Once your batch closes (order window), it takes 6 to 8 weeks for the items to be produced and delivered.

Q: Can I get the order delivered to my home?

A: Yes, but we recommend choosing “FREE COLLECTION FROM MY CLUB/SCHOOL” to avoid paying a $20.00 delivery fee. All orders delivered to the club will be distributed when the social rooms are open.

Q: Will this merchandise range be available all season?

A: Yes, we’ll be keeping this range for the next few years, so don’t feel pressured to order everything now. You’ll have more chances!

Q: Can I buy items in person?

Yes, we will be carrying a limited range of items at the club - polos, caps, scarves and beanies are available to purchase at the club in addition to the online store.

Why Isn’t the New Merchandise Available at the Start of the Season?

We totally understand the frustration – here’s a little background on why the new gear wasn’t ready to go earlier:

Q: Why wasn't the new merch available before Round 1?
A: There were a few key steps behind the scenes that took time, including:

  • Final approval of our new club logo and brand assets.

  • Designing a range that would have longevity, so you can wear it proudly for the next few years.

  • Choosing quality products and getting samples to make sure everything looked and felt great.

  • Coordinating with our supplier to lock in production timelines and ensure a smooth order process.

Rather than rush something through, we made the call to do it properly – and we’re really proud of the result.

Q: Will this happen every year?
A: No – this was a one-off delay due to the brand refresh and rollout of a whole new merchandise range. Now that the designs are finalised, the range will remain consistent for the next few years, making re-ordering easy.

Q: I wanted merch before the season started – why wasn’t it possible?
A: We get it – we wanted that too! But because of supplier lead times and the need to finalise the new look, we couldn’t guarantee delivery before Round 1. Rather than risk disappointment, we decided to open orders as soon as we could with clear timelines.

Q: What if I miss the first order window?
A: We’ll be running multiple order windows across the season (likely 3–4 total), so you won’t miss out.
